We’re here to help you

We are a holistic clinic focusing on informed choice regarding all aspects of menopause care; from lifestyle advice, over the counter supplements, to Body Identical Hormone replacement, always based upon British Menopause Society (BMS) and NICE guidelines. We are a menopause specialist clinic accredited and registered with the BMS.

As women's life expectancy continues to improve, it is important now more than ever to plan for healthy longevity as we are likely to spend a third of our life post menopause.
